Cancellation Policy
​
Please be aware of the 24 hour cancellation policy.
Your appointment and well-being is important and I understand that sometimes unexpected events happen and changes need to be made to arrangements.
​
Cancellations
It is very difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice. If you do need to cancel, please call or email to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged at £30.
​
Missed Appointments
Any appointment missed without notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.
