Treatments may include the following :

Dry Cupping  - Uses negative pressure to improve blood flow, reduce tension, and enhance flexibility, aiding in faster recovery from intense training and reducing the risk of overuse injuries.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation   - This therapeutic technique uses ergonomically designed instruments to detect and treat soft tissue dysfunctions. The tools enable deeper, more precise treatment of fascial restrictions, scar tissue, and adhesions.

Kinesio Tape ( K Tape) therapy - Uses special, stretchy tape applied to the skin to provide muscle support, reduce pain, and improve circulation and lymphatic drainage y lifting the skin and activating skin receptors.
